Serving the metalworking industry, primarily the automotive sector, Presmetal adopts a policy based on Total Quality principles and aims to:
- Promote the use of quality tools in continual improvement activities and ensure the participation of all employees with a high level of quality awareness.
- Regard its suppliers as solution partners and ensure their continual development.
- Reduce part costs and increase profitability by improving all business processes and the costs of poor quality in line with the principle of business excellence.
- Evaluate risks and opportunities across all processes and activities, taking internal and external issues into account.
- Meet the needs and expectations of interested parties and create sustainable value for all stakeholders.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
While serving the automotive industry through sheet metal forming and assembly manufacturing, Presmetal has established an Occupational Health and Safety Management System and an Environmental Management System in line with its value of “Respect for People, Society and the Environment,” and ensures their continual improvement through periodic reviews.
- The working environment, occupational health and safety, and environmental impacts are considered in all activities.
- Our leaders are responsible for the health and safety of the employees under their supervision and for increasing these employees’ environmental awareness.
- Through our Risk Analysis System, managed with employee participation, we carry out activities to identify and prevent potential occupational accidents and diseases in advance.
- We fulfill all compliance obligations, including applicable legal and other requirements concerning the environment and occupational health and safety.
- We assess occupational health and safety risks and environmental impacts when undertaking new projects and investments.
- We provide tools that enable employees to communicate easily and quickly on occupational health and safety and environmental matters.
- We ensure sustainable resource use through the efficient use of natural resources such as energy, water and raw materials, and aim to reduce environmental pollution by separating and reducing our waste.
- We set and monitor performance targets and carry out improvement activities to ensure the effectiveness of these systems.
- Through the systems we have established and continue to maintain, we commit to protecting the environment and safeguarding human health and safety.
INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
The policy of Presmetal A.Ş. is as follows:
- Information is protected against unauthorized access.
- Its confidentiality is preserved.
- It must not be disclosed to unauthorized persons, either intentionally or through negligence.
- Its accuracy is ensured through protection against unauthorized persons.
- It is made available to authorized users when needed.
- Legislative and executive requirements concerning information security are fulfilled.
- All procedures are implemented by all departments.
- All employees receive information security training.
- All vulnerabilities are reported to the relevant department manager and measures are taken.
- Security officers coordinate the handling of vulnerabilities that cannot be resolved. At Presmetal A.Ş., personal data, special categories of personal data, software packages and servers are protected assets.
